HACCP Compliance

Motivatit Seafoods, LLC is in full compliance with the Food and Drug Administration’s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Regulations. We have developed a hazard analysis for all our products and a written Plan for the critical control points. We have also developed sanitation standard operating procedures with records to document our activity.

There are several trained HACCP coordinators and all personnel are trained as to the HACCP program requirements.

Motivatit Seafoods, LLC has also taken all necessary steps to register with the FDA as required by the Bioterrorism Act of 2002.
